Terms of sale

These Terms of Sale govern the sale of products by SAS Dimier et Co, 9 rue des Colonnes, 75002 Paris, France, through lite-for-me.com, to consumers resident in the United Kingdom.
Please read them before placing an order. By placing an order you accept these terms.
1. Who we are

2. The products
We sell general wellness and personal-care devices. Product characteristics, colours and prices are set out on each product page.
Product images are illustrative. Minor variations in colour and finish may occur.
Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Please read the health notice in our Terms of Service before purchasing.
3. Prices
- All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include applicable taxes.
- Shipping is charged separately at a flat £9.95 per order and is displayed before you confirm payment.
- The total you pay is the amount shown on the final checkout page.
- We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
- Promotional prices apply only for the period stated and cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
4. How the contract is formed
- You place your order and pay at checkout.
- You receive an order confirmation email. This acknowledges receipt of your order — it does not yet form a contract.
- The contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number.
If we cannot fulfil your order — for example because an item is out of stock, or because of a pricing or description error — we will tell you and refund you in full. No contract will have been formed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, in particular where we suspect fraud, or where an order is placed for resale.
5. Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is taken in full at the time you place your order.
All payments are processed by our payment providers over a secure connection. We do not store your full card details.
If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed.
6. Delivery
Delivery terms, costs and timeframes are set out in full in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Sale.
In summary: flat £9.95 delivery to the United Kingdom, Guernsey, Jersey, the Isle of Man and Gibraltar; 1 to 3 business days processing plus 5 to 8 business days transit.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes to you once we have received full payment.
7. Your right to cancel and to return
Your right to cancel within 14 days, our extended 30-day return window, and how refunds are processed, are all set out in our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Sale.
In summary: 30 days to return, return postage at your expense, except where the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect — in which case we pay.
8. Legal guarantee
All products are covered by the statutory guarantees under the Consumer Rights Act 2015: goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
If a product does not meet those standards, you are entitled to a repair, a replacement or a refund, depending on when the fault appears. This guarantee is free of charge and is in addition to any commercial warranty.
To make a claim, email contact@lite-for-me.com with your order number and evidence of the fault.
9. Events outside our control
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay results from events outside our reasonable control — including strikes, carrier failures, extreme weather, fire, flood, epidemic, civil unrest, or the acts of any government or public authority.
If such an event occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible and either extend the delivery timeframe or, if you prefer, cancel the order and refund you in full.
10. Complaints
If something goes wrong, contact us first at contact@lite-for-me.com with your order number. We acknowledge every complaint within 1 business day and aim to resolve it within 14 days.
11. Governing law
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. As a UK consumer, you keep the protection of UK consumer law and may bring proceedings before the UK courts.
